Welcome to the SWFedit project home page. SWFedit, like most (all?) OpenSource software was created to scratch an itch. That itch was editing font files for the Swecoin thermal printers. Since the only tools available were for Windows, I wrote SWFedit. It's not terribly complex, but it gets the job done. You can make new fonts or edit existing ones. This tool will not download the fonts to the printer (patches welcome) so you'll have to use another tool to do that.

Please note: Swecoin does not provide support for this tool. Please DO NOT contact them regarding this tool.

There is some chance that this might, maybe, compile on other *NIX flavors, I don't know. If you try, and it works, please let me know.
