Here you can see the font guidelines in effect. I automagically detect the edges of the W and p characters and try to fit your font as well as possible, but you can adjust them manually. They have no effect on the data, and are merely a guide when drawing characters.

This dialog shows the information available about the currently loaded font. The maximum width and maximum height are calculated, and are the values that are saved to the file if you select File -> Save
